WiFiDrive is sold by Comex Trade LLC. Every question below goes through the contact form.
The device ships from the United States, tracked, within the days the checkout states, counted from the day of purchase. Shipping is free in the United States and a flat fee anywhere else, shown at checkout. Customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's.
It ships to the countries the checkout lists, and never where US sanctions forbid.
If an order is going to ship later than the checkout said, we write before that date, and you may cancel it for a full refund. A package the tracking shows lost is shipped again or refunded once the carrier confirms it.
The firmware is not shipped: it installs from wifidrive.app onto your own board.
If the machine you bought WiFiDrive for will not read the drive, the purchase is refunded in full:
Every refund goes to the card that paid.
Write through the contact form with your order number and what the machine does with the drive. We answer with the return address, and the refund goes to the card that paid once the unit arrives.
An order not yet shipped is cancelled and refunded in full on request.
If a charge looks wrong, write to us before disputing it with your bank: a refund is faster than a dispute.
