Juki · Industrial sewing
A WiFi USB stick for your Juki sewing machine.
Copies patterns from VDATA, SDATA or AMS folders into the machine and saves them back. WiFiDrive stays in its USB port, looks to the Juki like any stick, and gets your patterns there over your own WiFi.
- Works as it ships: the Juki reads it as is.
- Load a pattern from it as from any stick.
- If your Juki won’t read it, a full refund within 30 days.

The stick
What a Juki asks of it.
- Loads a patternThe communication screen copies a file such as VD00001.VDT from the stick into the machine's memory; the AMS panels can also select a pattern on the media directly
- Folders and names\VDATA for VD00xxx.VDT, \SDATA for SD00xxx.DAT, \AMS for AMS00xxx.M3, \LK1900C for the bartacker's LK00xxx.EPD and .CSD; xxx is 001-999 (the IP-500 also takes 12-character names); files outside these folders are not read
- FormatFAT12, FAT16 or FAT32, 4.1 MB to 2 TB, only one partition read; the IP-420 and IP-510 manuals say a stick formatted on a PC cannot be read, so format it on the panel
- Writes backPanel-to-media writes patterns to the stick; PLK-J saves .PTJ patterns in \PATTERN and settings and step files in \USER_SYSTEM
- While sewingThe AMS and LK manuals say not to leave a stick in while sewing (vibration); the PLK-J and PLK-G panels will not sew with one inserted, PLK-J unless its USB direct-reading mode is on
- WiFiDrive’s layoutThe one it ships with
